The Provence Food Tour is also referred to on this site and in any associated documentation as “I” or “guide” or “my” or “us” or “we” or “The Company”, the website theprovencefoodtour.com as “website”, and the user and/or client as “you” or “user” or “client” or “purchaser” or “participant”. By scheduling a tour and/or using our services, you agree to release The Company from liability of any risk, errors/damage (either direct or by affiliates) and any damage during the tour of any nature, whether personal or property, as well as to third parties or property of others resulting from participation in the tour, either during or as a consequence of it.
We strongly recommend that purchasers of The Company’s tour services secure personal travel insurance in order to cover any/all expenses associated with the loss of personal belongings and/or bodily injury. Purchase of such insurance, and the terms and/or limits of its coverage therein, are the express responsibility, and at the sole discretion, of the participant(s).
The Provence Food Tour conducts its tours rain or shine. However, we reserve the option to cancel a tour if we believe the weather, health or other conditions could be hazardous. If you want to cancel your tour for any reason, we kindly request a 7-day advanced notice.
The Provence Food Tour provides recommendations and suggestions (to include but not limited to hotels, restaurants, events, sights, and regional destinations) in good faith based upon the guide’s experience and knowledge. The participant(s) understand that these are opinions and therefore subjective. The availability, quality, suitability and safety of these recommendations are not within our control, and therefore The Company will not accept responsibility for negative or harmful experiences as a result of the recommendations.
