We met Jennifer in central Aix-en-Provence this morning for a delicious and delightful Provence Food Tour. She not only showed us around the area, but had fascinating stories about the south of France going all the way back to the days of the Roman Empire. Interspersed with the history were opportunities to taste several regional specialties including pastries, charcuterie, fresh vegetables, olives, fruit and candy.
