My Wife and I had the pleasure of spending a magical 4 hours on the Aix en Provence food tour hosted by Erin. The tour EXCEEDED our expectations as Erin not only had led us on a well thought out food tour which Immersed us in the Provence food scene , she also gave us a thorough history of the town and as if that was not enough she enlightened us In the architectural nuances of mansions that are found when wandering the beautiful streets of Aix.
