Last week, at the recommendation of Rick Steves, four of us we met the delightful and knowledgeable Janicke for a stroll around Aix to some of her favorite local food, patisserie, cheese, and wine purveyors. You will not be disappointed; there are small tastes of the very best in Aix and you will get an informed perspective of the history and importance of this beautiful and friendly city.
