Erin Jordan
Co-owner & Food Tour Guide
Erin’s journey in southern France began in 2010 when she and her family made the bold move from Seattle, Washington, to Aix-en-Provence, engaging in a new life immersed in French culture. Having studied in Avignon during university and with a love for living abroad, it had always been a dream for Erin and her husband to experience life in France.
Once settled, Erin quickly fell in love with Aix’s rich history, charming architecture, and of course, its food! Living among Provence’s bustling fresh markets, she gained a deep appreciation for the seasonal ingredients and artisanal traditions that make the region’s gastronomy so unique. With a passion for food, Erin loves introducing visitors to Aix’s specialty food shops, where proud artisans create beautiful homemade products.
Her goal is to share her passion for Aix-en-Provence by showing you the freshest ingredients, aromatic spices, and local delicacies, while diving into the region’s vibrant culture. Erin’s tours are all about connecting with the traditions and people of Aix, and you’ll experience why Erin has never looked back, having enthusiastically embraced her life as a local “Aixoise” resident!

Jennifer Dugdale
Co-owner & Food Tour Guide
Originally from California, Jennifer became a true “local” in Aix-en-Provence 20 years ago. During this time, she formed close relationships with the town’s farmers and food merchants, greeting them by name with a smile every time she visits. She’s adopted local customs and understands the importance of connecting with the community, making her an ideal guide for a personal experience.
For five years, Jennifer wrote a column for an English publication about Provence, capturing the changing seasons at the market and sharing regional recipes. With her deep knowledge of the region, she loves sharing the story of Provence’s culinary traditions, from the freshest produce to artisanal specialties.
A wine lover herself, Jennifer has worked in a winery and is certified to lead tastings. She’ll be thrilled to explain how rosé wine is produced in the region, from vine to glass, making sure you leave with a newfound appreciation for Provence’s gastronomy and its rich local culture.

Janicke Lemiere
Co-owner & Food Tour Guide
Our guests describe Janicke as delightful, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humor! Originally from Norway, Janicke’s adventure began at 19, when the Viking spirit led her to Aix-en-Provence for a gap year to improve her French. What she didn’t expect was to fall completely in love with the region’s rich history, vibrant culture, and, of course, its incredible cuisine. (She might even tell you the story of her first culture shock at a French butcher’s shop!)
Now with a deep appreciation for all things French, Janicke’s goal is simple: to help visitors make the most of their time in Aix-en-Provence by sharing her love for French life, history, markets, food, and wine. Whether you’re discovering local traditions, tasting culinary delights, or soaking up the warmth of the people, Janicke’s tours are all about experiencing the joy of this beautiful region.
Join her for a memorable visit, and she’ll help you feel French for the day. And until then, Janicke is starting your French lesson with this phrase: On y va! Let’s go!
